Project Management/Agile Instructor & Military Veteran with 2 decades of experience in fostering cohesive/productive teams, developing new leaders, and ensuring customer/product owner success by promoting and bolstering the vision of the organization to/with team members. Inspired/motivated by seeing others grow, set, and surpass their goals.


Curtis selflessly volunteers his free time to the Alamo chapter of the Project Management Institute where he serves as it's Director of Military Affairs. He is committed to sharing his technical expertise and personal experience with veterans and civilians alike which drives his passion for instructing.

Mic Merritt

Mic Merritt is a cybersecurity strategist, instructor, and US Air Force veteran focused on shaping the cybersecurity workforce of tomorrow. She has over 10 years’ experience in network security, incident response, risk analysis, and security architecture. She’s spent the last few years developing and implementing training and assessments for joint military cyber offensive personnel and is well-versed in red teaming strategies.


She brings her experience and passion in education into the classroom to teach cybersecurity, information technology, and programming courses focused on the student’s desire to gain knowledge, earn vendor certification, or both. Mic holds a Master’s in Cybersecurity, a Bachelor’s in Forensics, and an Associate’s in Technology Instruction along with over 18 cybersecurity and instructor certifications. Mic specializes in helping people pass pivotal career certifications including CISSP, CASP+, CySA+, CEH, PCAP, and more.

Gonzalo Soliz, BSHRM, MSHRM, SHRM-CP

Gonzalo is a bilingual HR Professional currently serving as the Human Resource Manager at Dynamic Advancement.

He joined Dynamic Advancement after retiring from an illustrious career in the U.S. Army where he served for 27 years as a Senior Religious Affairs Supervisor. Throughout his military career he served in various HR-related capacities including U.S. Army Recruiting in San Francisco California, U.S. Army Trainer in Hohenfels, Germany, and U.S. Army Equal Opportunity 

Advisor in Killeen Texas. Gonzalo serves as the Professional Development Director for SAHRMA, the San Antonio Human Resource Management Association, where he is responsible for coordinating all continuing education programs including monthly General Meetings, and annual events such as the Employment Law Conference, the Diversity & Inclusion Summit and the South Texas HR Symposium. Gonzalo is the lead instructor for Dynamic Advancement’s Human Resource Specialist Program, and the SHRM Certification Preparation Courses. He holds the SHRM-CP certification and his formal education includes a Master of Science in HR Management, a Graduate Certificate in HR Management, and a Bachelor of Science in HR Management.

Geronimo Moreno, CASP,CEH

Geronimo Moreno is a retired Air Force Veteran who currently serves as Dynamic Advancement’s Director of Client Outreach. In that role, he is responsible for overseeing both in-bound and out-bound sales for the firm. He leverages his deep knowledge in cybersecurity, risk management framework, information assurance, customer service, and sales to ensure our customers receive true industry recognized training from subject matter experts. During his military career, Mr. Moreno served in several cyber disciplines, including end-user support, network infrastructure management, and enterprise-level information assurance.  His time spent working in IT support and help desk functions seeded a passion for customer support and sales technology which he has continued on till today.Geronimo’s formal education includes a Masters degree in Information Technology Management, a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, and an Associate degree in Information Systems Management.  He also holds the Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+), CompTIA Security+, HDI-Support Center Manager (HDI-SCM), and Certified Sales Development Representative (CSDR) from AA-ISP. Mr. Moreno also serves as the President of the San Antonio chapter of AA-ISP.

                

                

David Gast, PMP, Sec+

Mr. Gast joined the company in Spring 2018.  He has been a cyber security planner and analyst for the past 10 years with Booz Allen Hamilton and BTAS after retiring with 26-years of service in the Air Force where he honed his intelligence, cyber security and leadership skills.  Throughout his military career he first served as an armament systems craftsman on both the F-15 and A-10, and as an intelligence journeyman, craftsman and Sr. Leader, specializing in C4I Systems Security, Operations Security, and Information Security. Mr. Gast excellence has been recognized countless times throughout his military career and he is also a distinguished graduate of the Air Force’s Cyberwarfare Weapon Systems School. 


Dave is passionate about education and professional development and currently holds a PMP, CEH, ITIL4, and Security + certifications.  His formal education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Aviation, Associate degrees in Communications Applications and German Studies.  Dave manages his own photography business, and is also currently a contractor serving 16th Air Force as a Command & Control Operations Analyst in the J5 Plans shop.

Mubota Watson

Mubota Watson previously served as the Program Coordinator for the Onward To Opportunity Program for 3 years. During that time, he was responsible for recruiting, enrolling, and facilitating professional growth curriculum for veterans, active duty service members, and service member spouses. Previously before Onward To Opportunity, he served in the United States Army for 21 years. During his Army career, he held positions in the field of Military Intelligence, Recruiting, and Wire and Cable Installation.

                

During his time as an Army Recruiter, he personally sat in the homes of hundreds of families to help answer questions and concerns about their family members enlistment. One of his key accomplishments during this time was to serve as the military ambassador within the Detroit metropolitan area. Mubota’s passion is to ensure that our CSR Program and learning environment is realistic and functional for each client by providing purpose, direction, and motivation to each student exactly where they are to help them to develop and aspire to new heights.
