PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Computer User Support Specialist (CUSS) program is a comprehensive course designed to teach students the skills and abilities need to provide technical assistance to computer users. Graduates will learn to answer questions and resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically. Students will become proficient in aiding in the use of computer hardware and software, printers, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems. Graduates of this program will be able to deploy, configure and troubleshoot modern Windows environments and Azure virtual environments. They will also learn the essential skills on how to keep computers secure in a windows environment. Upon program completion, graduates may earn the following industry recognized certifications upon program completion (earning the certifications are highly encouraged but not required for program completion).
